Childcare conditions.
Korein applies the General terms and conditions for Childcare, Daycare and Out-of-school care from the Social Childcare Sector Association (BMK). These General Terms and Conditions form the basis for the agreements between parents and childcare providers. The General Terms and Conditions apply to our contracts for daycare (including play group) and out-of-school care.
The sector association has drawn up new general terms and conditions in 2025. These will apply to our agreements from 1 March 2025.
Until 1 March 2025, the 2016 sector terms and conditions will apply. These terms and conditions will also apply to your agreement (if signed before 1 March 2025) after 1 March 2025 if you do not agree to the new sector terms and conditions dated 1 March 2025. An explanatory document is available for the 2016 sector terms and conditions.
