After your contract has ended, you will still have access to the parent portal for 15 months. The diary and photos are still available for 8 weeks. So don't forget to download this. In addition, it is important to collect the contracts, invoices and annual statements digitally as quickly as possible, because you will need them for the tax authorities for at least 5 years.
